All items are custom-made using clothing or fabrics provided by the customer. Due to the unique and sentimental nature of these materials:

- Final products may vary from examples shown on our website or social media
- Pattern placement, fabric wear, and color variation are not guaranteed
3. Customer-Provided Materials
By sending materials, you agree that:
- You own or have permission to use the clothing/fabrics
- Items may be cut, altered, and permanently changed
- We are not responsible for:
- Weak, delicate, or damaged fabrics
- Stains, holes, or wear affecting the final product

5. Order Process & Approval
- Orders are confirmed once payment is received
- Production begins after materials are received
- Design specifics (if offered) must be agreed upon before production

- Orders are processed in the order materials are received
- Times may vary based on order volume and complexity
- Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to material issues

- 50% deposit is required before work begins

- Loss exceeding the purchase price of the product
