Standard Turn Around - Once your clothes have been received, it will take approximately 2-6 weeks to complete each Keepsake. If you require your order before a specific date, please let us know in advance & we will try our hardest to achieve this.
(Please be aware turn around times are from receipt of clothing not from date of order. As every Keepsake is totally unique, these times are subject to change.)

Thoughtful Threads and Things cannot accept returns as this is truly a bespoke item. Please note that there may be variations, due to the very different natures of the fabrics we receive, the final item may differ slightly from the examples shown.
